ALL WEATHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE POSTED HERE AS THEY OCCUR EACH WEEK THROUGH THE SEASON.
The site will be updated first thing on Sat/Sun with weather conflicts then calls to coaches are made. Then coaches will call parents. The rule of thumb with soccer is safety, play will continue in drizzle to light - moderate rain as long as fields are safe to play on. Heavy rain and signs of lightning within sight will warrant cancellation of games (or practices) by either LSYS, game officials (referees) or by league representitives.
Any cancelled games will be made up at each Leagues discretion and in coordination with the home team's club.
All REC and Lanco travel games are to play, if lightning, referee will cxl at the game!
